Shipping Policy
Typically orders are shipped 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
We cannot guarantee arrival times and recommend ordering promptly to avoid delays from shipping or availability issues.
Returns
Our satisfaction guarantee allows returns within 30 days of delivery when machines are in good condition with all original components included and properly packaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
- Custom machines may not be returnable
- SOFTWARE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
We encourage contacting us for troubleshooting before returning. Resolution beyond 30 days still honors the guarantee.
Warranty
Zenbot provides 12-month coverage from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Not Covered
- Normal wear items (belts, bits, bearings)
- Misuse damage
- Improper setup
- Accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Environmental or electrical issues
Warranty service includes repair or replacement; labor and shipping are excluded unless specified.
